Director,
Atomic Minerals Directorate for Exploration & Research, Department
of Atomic Energy, Begumpet, Hyderabad-500 016 invites on behalf
of President of India, separate and sealed item rate tenders for
the following work up to 15:00 hours on 25-06-2009 from Government
registered and well experienced contractors in the similar nature
of works mentioned below which will be received by the Incharge,
C & ES Group, 1-10-153 to 167, AMD Complex, Begumpet, Hyderabad-500016
and opened on the same day i.e. on 25-06-2009 at 15:30 hours in
the presence of tenderers their authorised representatives who
desire to be present :-

steel mezzanine floor (covering part area) and other
miscellaneous works in existing Seminar Hall of AMD Complex,
Begumpet, Hyderabad.

is to be submitted for each work in the form of crossed D.D./Banker's
Cheque from any Nationalised Bank drawn in favour of Accounts Officer,
AMD Payable at Hyderabad. Non fulfillment of requirements of Letter
of intent of the successful bidder and non commencement of the work
after issue of work order shall lead to forfeiture of full amount of
EMD to Government.
Tender & E.M.D. for each work are to be enclosed in separate
sealed envelopes marked "Tender No. _______ " and “Earnest
Money" respectively. Both the envelopes shall then be placed in
another sealed envelope superscribing the tender No. & date and
to be submitted.
Intending tenderers may
submit application for issue of tender along with attested copies
of proof of (a) registration in appropriate class
in Government Organisations, Undertakings & Enterprises (b) List
of works of similar nature and magnitude in hand and those already
carried out by them for the last three years (c) Performance/completion
certificates (d) Bank Solvency Certificate (e) List of construction
Plants & Machineries (f) List of technical Staff they possess (g)
Copy of PAN/TAN Card issued by the Income Tax Department and (h) Any
other supporting documents / credentials deemed useful.
The contractor on whom the letter of intent will be issued shall
have to submit Police Verification Certificate issued by local Police
Authorities for him self/Engineers/Supervisors as per existing security
rules of this Directorate..
Tender document can be
had in person from the office of Incharge, C & ES Group, AMD
Complex, Begumpet, Hyderabad-16 during working days between 1400
hours to 1600 hours from 11-6-2009 to 23-6-2009 at
a cost of Rs.500/- each tender (Payable in cash, non-refundable).
Director,
AMD, Hyderabad reserves the right to accept/reject any or all tenders
without assigning any reason thereof. Tender with any
condition including conditional rebate, shall be rejected forthwith.
